LLM Pulse Review 2026: Five AI Engines on Every Plan, Two Price Lists, and What Growing Costs
LLM Pulse tracks what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews say about your brand, week after week, and turns the answers into mentions, citations and sentiment you can report on. It is a young product, launched in July 2025, sold from €49 a month. This review covers what each plan includes, which of two price lists a number belongs to, what extra capacity costs, how it compares with Peec AI, Profound and Ahrefs Brand Radar, and how little independent evidence sits behind it so far.

| Made by | A European company built by three co-founders, working fully remote |
| What it is | AI search visibility tracking: prompts, citations, sentiment, reputation and recommendations |
| Paid plans | Starter €49/mo weekly (€79 daily); Growth €99 (€149); Scale €299 (€449); larger tiers to Partner++ |
| Included | 5 AI engines, unlimited team members, MCP server |
| Trial | 14 days on weekly Starter, Growth and Scale; payment method required |
A wide ladder of plans with five AI engines on every one, built around two price lists you must keep apart.
"With five models run weekly, a 50-prompt plan adds up to over 1,000 AI evaluations every month." That is LLM Pulse's own arithmetic, and it is the clearest way to see what the €49 Starter plan buys.
LLM Pulse sells one job: it asks AI answer engines the questions your buyers ask and records whether your brand is mentioned, cited and how it is described. Every prompt runs across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, on every plan, Starter included. Team seats are unlimited and the MCP server is on every plan.
The pricing page carries a switch between weekly and daily tracking, and each setting has its own prices. Starter is €49 a month on weekly tracking and €79 on daily. Growth is €99 and €149, Scale €299 and €449. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments, which the page presents as two months free. Prices exclude VAT.
Three things temper that. Sentiment analysis starts at Growth and the API, Looker Studio connector and CLI start at Scale. Engines beyond the five are paid add-ons. And the product launched in July 2025, so independent evidence is thin: Trustpilot shows 4.0 from four reviews as of Oct 13, 2026.
Not a hands-on test: JAVIS has not signed up for, used or paid for LLM Pulse for this review. It is built from LLM Pulse's home, pricing and about pages, the product screenshots and video it publishes, and the public pricing pages of three alternatives, all as of 11 Oct 2026.
Track prompts, measure what AI sends you, then act on recommendations.
The home page presents the product as prompt tracking, reputation reporting, and data access through an MCP server, REST API and CLI. Underneath, this is how the pieces fit and which parts depend on the plan.

A bootstrapped newcomer in AI search visibility tracking, competing with dedicated trackers and SEO suites that add the same job.
Per LLM Pulse's about page timeline.
Same timeline.
From the pricing page. Not audited, and not paying customers.
The about page: "without external investors."
The job is simple to state: ask AI answer engines the questions your buyers ask, and record whether your brand is mentioned or cited. Dedicated trackers such as Peec AI and Profound sell this as a product on its own. SEO suites add it as a module: Ahrefs offers Brand Radar. LLM Pulse sits with the dedicated trackers, and its bet is breadth of plan sizes: eight self-serve tiers from €49 to €3,799 a month, plus Enterprise on custom pricing.
The about page says the product was built by three co-founders, Esteve Castells, Daniel Peris and Adrian Rojas, and that by December 2025 it worked with "over 100 customers across the globe". That is the vendor's own statement.

No analyst market-size figure is quoted here, because the vendor publishes none.
Trustpilot shows 4.0 from four reviews, a positive but very small sample.
LLM Pulse's about page says customers "consistently rate LLM Pulse 5 out of 5 on Google reviews" and claims "A perfect 5 out of 5 score on Trustpilot". On Oct 13, 2026 its Trustpilot page shows a TrustScore of 4.0 from 4 reviews, on a company profile claimed in May 2026. Three reviews are visible, all five-star, shown as Jun 9 (two, experience dated Jun 8) and Jul 7, 2026 and marked unprompted by Trustpilot, which also notes the company has no recent history of asking for reviews. The Google figure has no review count, so it cannot be checked. With so few reviews, read this as an early, friendly signal and not as a verdict on tracking accuracy.
Called it "the best platform I've used to measure AI visibility" and said it explains which sources the models rely on, with new features released regularly.
Said the team is "pushing new updates every week" and that results started coming after some time.
Used it to track ChatGPT appearances for a business and called it "a great experience".
Pattern: two of the three visible reviews mention frequent updates and one explains why a brand appears. None describes a problem, a cancellation or a billing issue, and none compares accuracy against a known result. The vendor's own testimonials follow, labelled as such.
"LLM Pulse is an essential tool for anyone needing to track visibility in LLMs."
"What really stands out is how fast the team moves."
"LLM Pulse is a pioneering response to the need to measure performance across different LLMs."
The three quotes sit on LLM Pulse's own home and pricing pages, chosen by the vendor, and each is positive. They show what the vendor wants to say about its platform and team. They are not a sample of customers.
| Where to look | Why it matters | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Review directories (Trustpilot, G2, Capterra) | Verified-buyer reviews carry the most weight | Trustpilot has 4 reviews as of Oct 13, 2026; check G2 and Capterra for review count, dates after July 2025, and whether the vendor invited the reviewers |
| Reddit and Hacker News | Unfiltered complaints and comparisons | Recent threads that name LLM Pulse and the plan the poster used |
| The vendor's case studies | Show what the vendor chooses to publish | Who measured the result, over what period, on how many prompts |
| The 14-day free trial | The only evidence you control | Run your real prompts and compare the output with what you already know about your brand |
Until more independent evidence builds up, the most useful evidence is the vendor's published plan limits, its legal pages and the trial. The sections below stick to those.

One prompt runs on every included engine and counts once against your plan.
The unit you buy is the tracked prompt. The pricing FAQ is specific: "One prompt, all 5 AI models, in whichever countries and languages you configure." It adds that 50 tracked prompts on Starter means 50 questions watched across the five engines, "over 1,000 stored AI responses per month". Here are the rules in LLM Pulse's words.
| Rule | Exact wording (source) | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| What a prompt covers | "Each prompt runs on every AI model and counts as one prompt" (pricing page) | Engines are not billed per prompt on the five included |
| Responses stored | "50/week/model" on Starter, "150/week/model" on Growth, "450/week/model" on Scale (compare table) | Allowance scales with the prompt count |
| Extra prompts | "Extra tracked prompts 1 € per month, per prompt" (pricing page) | Growth beyond the plan is billed per prompt |
| Extra projects | "+1 project 50 € per month, per project" (pricing page) | A new brand or client costs more than a prompt |
| Extra engines | "Extra AI models from 8 € per month, per model" (pricing page) | Beyond the five, each model is an add-on |
| Where add-ons are managed | "Self-service on paid plans after your trial, from Plans & Billing." (pricing page) | Self-service add-ons start after the trial |

A 14-day trial on weekly plans, cancel anytime, and prices that exclude tax.
| Topic | What the page says | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | "Weekly Starter, Growth and Scale include a 14-day free trial, and it needs a valid payment method. Daily tracking plans start right away." | No card-free trial; daily plans have no trial |
| Cancellation | "14-day free trial Cancel anytime" | Cancel during the trial before the first charge |
| Yearly billing | "Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price." | Two months free against twelve monthly payments |
| Tax | "All prices shown on this page are exclusive of VAT and other local sales taxes." | Budget the tax for your billing country |
| EU VAT ID | "EU customers with a valid VAT ID can apply reverse charge during checkout." | Business buyers can usually avoid the VAT line |
| Currency | "Stripe charges your card directly in your local currency" | The charge can differ slightly from the euro list |
Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy (Jul 15, 2026) before paying, especially yearly: it says "We do not refund payments already processed", including for the remaining months of an annual plan after you cancel. Free trials need a valid payment method and start the paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period, and refunds are given for billing errors, duplicate charges and some cases where LLM Pulse ends the service. Cancel from Plans & Billing, then Manage subscription.

| Who you are | Plan that covers it | Why | Check first |
|---|---|---|---|
| One brand, first time tracking AI answers | Starter, €49/month | 50 prompts, 1 project, 5 engines, 14-day trial | No sentiment analysis on this plan |
| In-house team with a second brand or sentiment needs | Growth, €99/month | 150 prompts, 2 projects, sentiment analysis, Owned Media | Which cadence the €99 covers |
| Team that wants data in its own stack | Scale, €299/month | API, Looker Studio connector and CLI start here | 450 prompts is a ceiling; extras cost €1 each per month |
| Agency running many client projects | Partner, €1,499/month | 3,600 prompts and 25 projects | How white label is delivered on Partner versus Enterprise |
| Developer or analyst working through AI assistants | Any plan | MCP server on every plan | Test it during the trial |
Decide by prompts and projects, by the features you need, and by how comfortable you are with a young product.
Start the 14-day trial on weekly Starter (€49/month, 50 prompts, 1 project). Judge it on your own prompts.
Growth (€99/month weekly). These start there, not on Starter.
Scale (€299/month weekly) is the first plan that lists them.
Look at the Partner tiers, from €1,499/month for 25 projects, and ask the vendor how white label is handled before you sign.
Hold off. Extra models are paid add-ons, and independent reviews are still very few as of 13 Oct 2026. Compare Peec AI, Profound or Ahrefs Brand Radar on their own pages.
Budget check before you commit: confirm whether the price is for weekly or daily tracking, and remember yearly billing is ten monthly payments.
Prompts, responses, citations and engine-by-engine mention rates in one place.
The home page puts the promise plainly: "Track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI in one place." In practice the work happens on four screens, shown below from LLM Pulse's own site with a sample Nike project. The data is demonstration data from the vendor, not a customer's results.

The vendor's platform walkthrough, from the YouTube channel linked on llmpulse.ai. It is marketing, and it shows the vendor's own demo data.
What to test in the trial: take the five questions your buyers really ask, run them, and read the stored responses. If the brand names and sources look like what you see when you ask the engines yourself, the tracking is doing its job.
From a client question to a monthly report, in a repeatable loop.
This is an illustrative workflow built from the features the plans list. It is not a customer case.
Swipe sideways to read the full diagram.
The Partner plans are described on the pricing page as having "Per-client access, roles and branded PDF reports" and "Dedicated onboarding and account support". Whether that fits an agency depends on how the white-label options are delivered, which is the question to put to the vendor.
How AI describes the brand, not just whether it mentions it.
Sentiment analysis starts on Growth. The home page frames reputation as seeing how AI assistants describe your brand and catching "inaccurate or negative claims". The Reputation report, from Scale, produces reports that "score your brand 0 to 100 across seven dimensions" and compares how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini each perceive you.

| Capability | Starter | Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sentiment analysis | No | Yes | Yes |
| Owned Media (YouTube, social, apps, Reddit) | No | Yes | Yes |
| Reputation | No | No | Yes |
| Custom Reports | No | No | Yes |
The scores in the screenshots are the vendor's demonstration data. How the sentiment and reputation scores are calculated is not documented by LLM Pulse, so treat them as directional until you have compared them with answers you have read yourself.
Turning gaps into a to-do list, with a task allowance that grows by plan.
The Optimize step is where LLM Pulse tries to be more than a dashboard. The about page describes GEO Writer this way: "Turn visibility gaps into content recommendations that help you win more AI answers." Recommendations are on every plan; the LLM Pulse Agent starts on Growth.

| Plan | GEO Writer tasks | LLM Pulse Agent | GEO Testing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | No | No |
| Growth | 5 | Yes | No |
| Scale | 15 | Yes | Yes |
| Enterprise | Custom | Yes | Yes |
Whether the recommendations change AI answers is not something any published page proves. The vendor's case studies report outcomes such as "+7pp positive sentiment in 4 months" for Softonic, which is the vendor's own claim.
MCP on every plan, the API and connectors from Scale.
The home page plan cards list an "MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor & more" on every plan, and the home page says you can take data out "through our MCP server, REST API and CLI", with webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n for alerts. The about page adds a native Rust CLI, official SDKs and a Looker Studio connector.
| Integration | What it is for | From which plan |
|---|---|---|
| MCP server | Connect LLM Pulse to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client | Every plan |
| REST API | Custom integrations, dashboards and internal tools | Scale |
| Looker Studio connector and CLI | Reporting and terminal monitoring | Scale |
| Webhooks | Event push to your systems, listed on the home page | Plan not stated; ask the vendor |
| Zapier, Make, n8n | Automation platforms listed on the home page | See the home page |
| Data Studio, Power BI | BI reporting | Listed as integrations on the home page |
| GA4, Plausible | Measure the visits AI sends you (AI Traffic) | Growth |
The data exports (CSV, Excel, PDF) are on every plan. For teams that work through AI assistants, an MCP server on the entry plan is the unusual part: you can try it on Starter without paying for Scale. The JAVIS Claude MCP connectors guide covers keeping that access narrow.
Five engines are included. Everything else is a priced add-on.
The pricing FAQ says: "Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Naver AI Briefing, Baidu AI, Meta AI and Alexa for Shopping are optional paid add-ons on every tier, Starter included, priced per model and per tier." The home page counts the platform at "Tracking 15 AI models", and lists Walmart Sparky and Brave AI as Talk to sales.
| Add-on | Monthly price | Annual billing, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Extra tracked prompt | €1 per month | €0.83 |
| Extra project | €50 per month | €41.67 |
| Extra AI model, from | €8 per month | €6.67 |
Hosted in Germany, no model training on your data, and a published data processing addendum, but no SOC 2 report cited.
LLM Pulse publishes a Security and Processing Annex (updated Sep 22, 2026), a Data Processing Addendum (Jul 15, 2026), a Privacy Policy (Oct 11, 2026) and a sub-processor list (Oct 12, 2026). It also publishes Terms and a Refund and Cancellation Policy. JAVIS did not run a security test, and the vendor lists no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
| Topic | What the vendor's pages say | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Company and roles | LLM PULSE SL, Barcelona, Spain; you are the controller and it is your processor, or your sub-processor when you serve clients | Check the contracting entity on your order |
| Hosting | Application, databases and job queues on dedicated Hetzner servers in Germany; backups in a Hetzner Storage Box in Germany mirrored to Cloudflare R2 | Acceptable for most EU needs; confirm for regulated data |
| Model training | "We do not train models on what you submit"; its agreements with AI providers do not allow them to train on it either | Good; confirm in the Data Processing Addendum |
| Sub-processors | OpenAI and Anthropic (US) and OpenRouter (Europe or US) for AI features; Stripe for payments; Mailgun, Cloudflare, Hetzner, Google, PostHog, Plausible and FirstPromoter for other services; 30 days notice before changes | Read the list before putting client data in |
| Retention | Traffic and Agent Analytics aggregates deleted after 395 days; raw uploaded log files within 30 days; deletion within 90 days of termination, apart from backups overwritten in the normal cycle | Export before you cancel |
| Access and controls | HTTPS only, encrypted daily backups, optional two-factor authentication, server administration limited to the two founders | Turn on two-factor authentication |
| SSO | Listed under Enterprise as "talk to sales"; not listed on Starter, Growth or Scale | Plan for Enterprise if SSO is a requirement |
| Cookies and analytics | Product analytics, including session recordings, load only after consent | Review the cookie choices before using it for a client |
Best for in-house teams and agencies that want weekly AI visibility numbers without paying per engine.
| Team and job | Why LLM Pulse fits or not | Likely plan |
|---|---|---|
| One brand starting to monitor AI answers | Low entry price, five engines, a trial | Starter |
| In-house SEO team with a second brand | Sentiment and Owned Media from Growth | Growth |
| Team that reports in Looker Studio or BI | API and connectors from Scale | Scale |
| Agency with many client projects | Partner tiers with 25 to 35 projects; confirm white-label delivery | Partner |
| Buyer who needs daily refresh on every prompt | Possible, on a separate and higher price list | Daily plans |
| Buyer who needs independent proof or SOC 2 paperwork | Only four Trustpilot reviews; no SOC 2 report is cited in its published legal and security pages (the Data Processing Addendum and security annex are published) | Wait, or ask the vendor |
Seven limits, each traced to a line on LLM Pulse's own pages.
The Growth plan lists "Everything in Starter, plus: Sentiment analysis Owned Media (YouTube, social, apps, Reddit)". Starter does not carry these.
Scale lists "API, Looker Studio connector & CLI". That is €299 a month on the weekly list.
Weekly Starter is €49, daily Starter is €79. A headline price is only meaningful with its cadence beside it. The trial applies to the weekly plans; daily plans "start right away".
The Enterprise list names white label, embedded dashboards and your own domain. The Partner description also says it bundles "white-label delivery". Which applies to which is a question for the vendor.
Further models are paid add-ons "from 8 € per month, per model".
Extra prompts are €1 each per month and an extra project is €50. Past 50 prompts on Starter, moving to Growth is cheaper than add-ons.
The product launched in July 2025 and the only independent source is Trustpilot, 4.0 from four reviews as of Oct 13, 2026, so the evidence is mostly the vendor's own pages and your trial.
Yearly billing is a real discount: "Get 2 months free with the annual plan (save 17%)". Team members are unlimited at no cost, and the MCP server is on every plan.
Three real alternatives: a dedicated tracker, an enterprise-style platform and an SEO suite module.
| Product | Best when you need | What its own page lists (11 Oct 2026) | JAVIS review |
|---|---|---|---|
| LLM Pulse | Five engines on every plan and a wide ladder of plan sizes | Starter €49/month: 50 tracked prompts, 1 project, 5 AI models | This article |
| Peec AI | A dedicated tracker with daily frequency on self-serve plans | Starter: "50 prompts Choose 3 models Unlimited users Daily tracking frequency 1 project". Pro: "150 prompts Choose 3 models Unlimited users Daily tracking frequency 2 projects". Enterprise: "Up to 13 LLM models tracked". | No JAVIS review yet |
| Profound | A larger organisation that wants a sales-led platform with agents | Trial: "50 prompts run daily for 7 days ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews". Enterprise: "Tailored packages", "Up to 9 Answer Engines tracked", "SSO/SAML + SOC 2 compliance". | No JAVIS review yet |
| Ahrefs Brand Radar | AI visibility tracking next to an existing SEO toolset | Custom prompts: "Starts at €47/mo", and "Free for every paid Ahrefs Lite plan and above." AI Visibility Index: "Starts at €179/mo". | No JAVIS review yet |
How they differ, from published limits alone: Peec AI's self-serve plans let you pick 3 models, while LLM Pulse includes 5 on every plan and sells more as add-ons. Profound's published offer is a 7-day trial, with ongoing use on a custom Enterprise package, so a small team cannot read a monthly price off the page. Ahrefs suits a team that already pays for Ahrefs. Its page also says "Track prompts daily, weekly, monthly."
Not covered: Otterly.AI and the Semrush AI toolkit, which are left out of the comparison. For the wider SEO suite context, see the Semrush review.

JAVIS Fit Score (73/100): an editorial composite scored out of 20 on five criteria. Price clarity 17: public prices for eight tiers on both cadences with add-on prices and a VAT note. Coverage per plan 17: five engines, unlimited seats and an MCP server on every plan. Feature depth and gating 15: broad, but sentiment starts at Growth and the API at Scale. Independent evidence and track record 10: launched July 2025; four Trustpilot reviews, all positive, a very small sample. Growth cost and agency fit 14: Partner tiers exist, but add-ons are priced per unit and white-label delivery needs confirming. It is judgment, not a measurement.
What this review does not cover: output quality and accuracy of the tracking, a technical security review, the REST API in depth, and the add-on model prices beyond the starting price.
