Pabbly Review 2026: Cheap Automation From $19 a Month, Lifetime Plans From $349, and a Refund Policy With Long Exclusions
Pabbly is a suite of business apps from Magnet Brains, a company registered in Delaware and in Bhopal, India: Pabbly Connect for workflow automation, Chatflow for WhatsApp, Subscription Billing, Email Marketing and Form Builder, plus Hook, AgenticAI, Studio and Project Management. As of Oct 27, 2026, the five main apps each have a free tier and the same price ladder: a Standard plan at $19 a month and an Unlimited plan at $79 a month, cheaper if you prepay for one, two or three years. Pabbly Plus bundles all nine apps for $139 a month, $119 a month billed yearly ($1,428) or $99 a month over three years ($3,564). Connect and Chatflow also sell one-time lifetime plans, from $349 and $249. The catch sits in the details: “Unlimited” starts at 100,000 tasks with a once-a-day reset, the cheapest lifetime plan drops multi-step workflows, and the Terms exclude Pabbly Suite purchases and discounted plans from the 30-day refund.

| Made by | Magnet Brains (MagnetBrains LLC, Delaware, and Magnet Brains Software Technology Pvt. Ltd, Bhopal, India), per its Terms |
| What it is | Nine business apps: automation, WhatsApp, billing, email, forms, webhooks, AI builders, projects |
| Plans | Free tier on the five main apps; Standard $19 a month; Unlimited $79 a month; Plus (all apps) $139 a month; lifetime plans on Connect and Chatflow |
| Free plan | Connect: 100 tasks a month, no card |
| Best for | One business that runs high-volume, mostly simple automations and wants to avoid per-task bills |
Pabbly is one of the cheapest ways we have priced to run a lot of simple automations. Read the Terms before you pay for anything discounted.
$79 a month buys Connect with no per-task meter for one business. A $349 lifetime plan buys far less than it looks.
Pabbly’s pitch is a flat price. Connect counts only action steps as tasks: triggers, filters, routers, formatters and iterators are free, so a three-step workflow that Zapier would bill as three tasks often costs two on Pabbly. The Standard plan gives 10,000 tasks a month for $19 ($14 a month if you prepay three years), and the Unlimited plan removes the task meter for $79 a month ($59 over three years). Pabbly Plus adds Chatflow for WhatsApp, Subscription Billing, Email Marketing, Form Builder and five newer apps for $139 a month, which is cheaper than two Unlimited apps bought separately ($158). For a small business that already lives in Google Sheets, WhatsApp and Stripe, that is real value.
The weak points are in the wording. “Unlimited” in the Terms means an initial 100,000 tasks for one business, with a reset button you can press once a day after 80% is used, and the same section first says agencies may not share an account, then says they are welcome to. The lifetime plans are not one product: the $349 Standard Lifetime plan gives 3,000 tasks a month and, per its own card, no multi-step workflows, filters, routers, delays or support. The pricing pages promise a “30-Days Refund Guarantee”, but section 9.4 of the Terms excludes any “Pabbly Suite purchase” and any plan bought at “discounted pricing”, which on a site where nearly every price is shown as a discount is a wide net.
Nine apps, one account, one bundle price. Connect is the hub.
Each Pabbly app can be bought on its own, with its own free tier, or all of them together as Pabbly Plus. Connect sits in the middle: it moves data between 2,000+ outside apps (by Pabbly’s count) and Pabbly’s own apps through triggers and actions. Chatflow runs WhatsApp inboxes, broadcasts and chatbots on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API; Subscription Billing runs checkout pages and recurring payments through your own Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or other gateway; Email Marketing sends campaigns through your own SMTP or Pabbly’s; Form Builder collects leads and payments. Hook handles webhook traffic, and AgenticAI, Studio and Project Management are marked “New” in the menu on Oct 27, 2026.

The workflow builder itself looks like most automation tools: a vertical list of steps, each a trigger or an action with an app, an event and mapped fields. This screenshot is from Pabbly’s own documentation.

Fewer tasks per dollar on Standard, a new Unlimited plan, and a lifetime offer that went from $249 to three tiers.
Internet Archive copies of pabbly.com/connect show the plans moving. On Jan 2, 2024, a “FOREVER FREE” plan gave 100 tasks, Standard gave 12,000 tasks a month for $19, and a Pro plan gave 24,000 tasks for $39; a banner advertised “$19/MONTH $249 for lifetime access!” under a “[LIMITED TIME]” label. By Jan 15, 2025, the same $19 Standard plan had dropped to 10,000 tasks and Pro to 20,000, and the $249 lifetime offer was marked “[EXTENDED]”.

The Jan 1, 2026 copy is the first we checked that lists an Unlimited plan at $79 a month ($69 billed yearly), next to the 20,000-task plan at $39. By Jul 1, 2026 the lifetime banner read “$19/month $349 for Lifetime Access!”, and the Oct 1, 2026 copy shows today’s three lifetime tiers. Seen over three years, the “limited time” lifetime offer has been on the page continuously; what changed is its price and what it includes.

A budget alternative to Zapier and Make, with vendor numbers that measure different things.
Pabbly competes on price with Zapier, Make and n8n for automation, with WhatsApp tools such as Chatfuel for Chatflow, and with billing and email tools for its other apps. It publishes no revenue or user totals; the figures below are Pabbly’s own and none of them is a count of paying customers.
| Signal | Value (as stated) | What it measures, and what it does not |
|---|---|---|
| Businesses | “Trusted by 14,099+ Businesses” | Vendor count of customer businesses; not seats, revenue or active users |
| Integrations | 2,000+ (pricing cards); the Connect FAQ in the docs still says “We have more than 500+ integration available.” | Apps with a Connect connector; depth per app varies |
| Tutorials | 12,274+ videos (site banner); 4500+ (lifetime plan cards) | Videos on Pabbly’s channels |
| Community | 23,500+ members (Facebook group, Oct 27, 2026); 16,800+ (Jan 2, 2024 copy) | Group members, not customers |
| Company | “a team of 70+ amazing people”, “17+ Years’ Legacy” for parent Magnet Brains | Vendor statements |

The price comparison Pabbly shows you
The Connect page has a slider that prices 10,000 tasks a month: Pabbly $16, Zapier $254, Make $29, n8n Cloud $70. Two cautions. First, the percentages are written backwards: “Zapier costs 94% more than Pabbly Connect for 10,000 tasks every month.” At $254 against $16, Zapier costs about 15 times as much (1,488% more); 94% is how much cheaper Pabbly is. The same applies to Make (labeled 45% more; really 81% more) and n8n (77%; really 338% more). Second, the rivals bill different units: Make sells credits (its Core plan lists 10,000 credits for $9 a month, per our Make review), and n8n sells whole-workflow executions (Pro: 10k executions for 50€ a month billed annually), so 10,000 Pabbly tasks is not the same workload everywhere.

How to read this: Pabbly is cheaper per task than Zapier at volume, and its free triggers and internal steps stretch the allowance further. Against Make and n8n the gap is smaller and depends on how your workflows are built. Price your own top three workflows on each tool before you trust any slider, including this one.
Little independent rating data. The complaints that do surface are about “Unlimited” limits, outages and billing.
Pabbly has no app-store listing linked from its site, and we could not include ratings from independent review sites in this review. That leaves two kinds of open evidence: user posts on Pabbly’s own support forum (forum.pabbly.com, run by Pabbly, so problems show up but selection is Pabbly’s), and scattered Hacker News comments. The testimonials on pabbly.com are chosen by Pabbly and are not quoted here.
“we upgraded to the Unlimited plan earlier this month and today the workflows were paused when we hit 100k.”
Support reset the count by hand and asked to be told in advance next time. A self-serve reset button now exists.
“I keep getting 500 and 502 errors on processes and am seeing no workflow history in over an hour”
A staff reply confirmed downtime from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM IST that day and pointed users to a Facebook group for updates.
“sometimes our workflows suddenly stop executing tasks.”
On a 2-yearly Unlimited plan. Staff replied: “we show an initial limit of 100,000 tasks; however, your tasks are truly unlimited.”
Two more forum threads show the friction points. On Oct 2, 2025, a lifetime buyer wrote “I can't use my account because it states that my 10K tasks has been consumed. I've only used 100”; staff moved the case to another thread. On Jun 16, 2026, a user charged after cancelling was told the cancellation stopped future renewals and the charge belonged to the current cycle. In the Jan 23 outage thread another user added: “I don’t understand why, when there are problems with the service, customer support doesn’t announce this publicly.” We found no public status page linked from pabbly.com or its docs.

Prepaying three years cuts Connect by about a quarter. Plus pays off as soon as you need two Unlimited apps.
Three decisions set your bill: how long you prepay, whether 10,000 tasks a month is enough, and whether you want more than one Pabbly app.
1. When Plus beats single apps
One Unlimited app costs $79 a month; two cost $158, already more than Plus at $139. On yearly billing two Unlimited apps cost $138 a month against $119 for Plus. So if you would otherwise pay for Connect Unlimited and Chatflow Unlimited, Plus is the cheaper way to get both, plus seven more apps. The trade is the refund rule: section 9.4 says “Refunds will not be provided for any Pabbly Suite purchase.”, and the Terms do not define “Pabbly Suite”. If Plus is what they mean, a single app is the safer trial purchase.
Pabbly’s own home page makes the bundle case with a table that prices the tools Plus is meant to replace, from $79 to $249 a month each, and totals them at over $1,100 a month. Those are Pabbly’s figures for unnamed rival plans, not prices we checked; the useful part is the list of jobs Plus claims to cover.

2. Three worked examples
| Who | Plan | Cost | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coach syncing form leads to Sheets and email, about 3,000 actions a month | Connect Standard, yearly | About $192 a year | Unused tasks expire after 30 days (Terms 3.22); no AI or code steps on Standard |
| Online store sending WhatsApp order updates and running checkouts | Pabbly Plus, yearly | $1,428 a year | WhatsApp message costs are paid to Meta separately; Chatflow credits expire monthly |
| Agency automating for six clients | Connect Agency Plan 1 | $297 a month for 200,000 tasks | Unlimited plans are for one business; agency tasks are assigned per client account (minimum 10,000) |
Calculated from pabbly.com pricing and the docs articles “Pabbly Connect Agency” and the Chatflow credit guide, as read on Oct 27, 2026; before taxes.

Three Connect lifetime tiers, and the cheapest one is weaker than the free plan on features.
The Lifetime tab on the Connect page sells one-time plans: Standard Lifetime at $349 for 3,000 tasks a month, Ultimate Lifetime at $799 for 10,000 tasks, and Ultimate Plus Lifetime at $1,298 for 20,000 tasks. Tasks refill on the 1st of each month, per the docs task reset policy. Chatflow sells its own lifetime plans from $249 (3,000 credits a month) to $1,999 (100,000 credits).

The feature lists below the price are where the tiers split. The Standard Lifetime card describes itself as “subject to feature restrictions” and puts a cross next to AI Assistant, MCP Servers, Delaying & Scheduling, Iterator & Filter, Email Parser, JavaScript & Python, Unlimited Path Routers, Multi-Step Workflows, Custom Variables, Auto Re-executions and 1 Year Customer Support. The free monthly plan, by contrast, lists routers, filters, delays and the email parser. Ultimate and Ultimate Plus include everything.

Support stops after a year, and the Terms cap lifetime tasks
Section 19.4 of the Terms: “Lifetime plans include one year of support from the date of purchase.” After that, continued support costs one-third of the original price; for the $799 plan that is about $266 a year. The Standard Lifetime card goes further and says “customer support assistance is not included” at all. Section 3.22 adds a limit the pricing page does not repeat: “If you opt for a one-time (lifetime) plan, you can purchase a maximum of 10,000 tasks.”, and you “can’t buy multiple one-time plans”. Yet the same page sells a 20,000-task lifetime plan, and the Black Friday FAQ says “stacking of lifetime plans is allowed during this Black Friday sale.”

| Lifetime plan | Compared with | Pays for itself after | Catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Lifetime, $349 | Standard monthly, $19 | About 18 months | 3,000 tasks, no multi-step workflows, no support |
| Ultimate Lifetime, $799 | Standard yearly, about $192 a year | About 4.2 years | Support about $266 a year after year one |
| Ultimate Lifetime, $799 | Unlimited 3-yearly, $708 a year | About 14 months | 10,000 tasks against no task meter |

Our read: a lifetime plan is a bet that Pabbly keeps the plan, the integrations you rely on and its own business going for years, with support you will pay for again after year one. The Ultimate tier is the one that can make financial sense for steady use; the $349 tier mostly suits one-step syncs. Note also that the 30-day money-back policy in section 9.3 names only “Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly recurring plans”.
Refunds, renewals and what “Unlimited” means: the exact rules.
The refund guarantee has a long list of exceptions
Every Pabbly page carries a “30-Days Refund Guarantee” badge, and the Connect page’s money-back note from Pabbly’s co-founder says: “If Pabbly Connect doesn't transform the way your business works in the next 30 days, I will refund 100% of your purchase. No questions asked.” The Terms are narrower. Section 9 opens: “Unless expressly stated in this Refund Policy, all fees paid towards subscriptions, products, or services are non-refundable.” Section 9.3: “The 30-day money-back policy applies only to the first purchase of any Pabbly application and is applicable to Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly recurring plans.”

Section 9.4 then excludes, among others: “Refunds will not be provided for any Pabbly Suite purchase.”; “The subscription or plan was purchased under a special offer, promotional campaign, or discounted pricing.”; buying by mistake; preferring other software; and any plan that was upgraded, downgraded or changed. Requests must come by email within 30 days, and you must answer follow-up questions within three business days (9.6). The Black Friday page meanwhile says “Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee”, for a deal that is by definition promotional. Treat any discounted purchase as non-refundable unless Pabbly confirms otherwise in writing.
Renewals and cancellation
Recurring plans renew automatically, and “refund requests for automatic renewal charges will not be entertained” (9.2). You cancel or switch off auto-renewal in the client portal (9.1); the Connect FAQ says to email support instead. Either way, cancel before the billing date: the forum case from Jun 16, 2026 shows a cancellation stopping only future renewals. Section 4.2 adds: “all pricing plans are subject to change at any time for all Pabbly applications”, with prior notice.
“Unlimited” means 100,000 at a time, for one business
Section 3.27: “You will initially receive 100,000 tasks in your Pabbly Connect account.” Per the docs, a Reset Task button on the Task Summary page activates once 80% is used, and “Users can reset their task count once per day.” Chatflow Unlimited starts at 100,000 credits that Pabbly resets by hand, Subscription Billing at $100,000 of revenue, Form Builder at 500 forms, Email Marketing at 25,000 subscribers (up to 100,000 after review) and 500 emails a day on Pabbly’s own SMTP, rising to a 100,000-a-day ceiling. Each policy ends with the same line: “Pabbly reserves the right to modify this Fair Usage Policy at any time, without prior notice.”

Read together, the two paragraphs contradict each other. The first says the plans “are not intended for agencies providing automation services or any kind of service to multiple clients.” The later one says “agencies are welcome to use them to provide automation services or other services to multiple clients from a single account.” Every per-app rule (Connect, Chatflow, Billing, Forms, Hook, Studio, AgenticAI, Projects) repeats the one-business limit, so we would assume it applies and buy separate accounts or the Agency plan for client work.
| Rule | Where it is written | Risk |
|---|---|---|
| Suite and discounted purchases excluded from refunds | Terms 9.4 | High on Plus and sale prices |
| 30-day policy covers only the first purchase, recurring plans | Terms 9.3 | High on lifetime plans |
| Renewal charges not refunded | Terms 9.2 | Medium: cancel early |
| Unlimited is 100,000 at a time, once-a-day reset, one business | Terms 3.27; docs task reset policy | Medium for heavy users |
| Lifetime support lasts one year; renewal costs a third of the price | Terms 19.4 | Medium |
| Unused monthly tasks and Chatflow credits expire | Terms 3.22; Chatflow FAQ | Low |
Seven places where two Pabbly pages give different answers.
None of these is a reason to avoid Pabbly on its own. Together they mean you should get the rule that matters to you confirmed in writing before you prepay.

Answer five questions.
Only actions on outside apps count. That is the whole value case, so understand it before you compare prices.
Pabbly’s docs define it plainly: “Any action being performed inside your workflow is considered a task. Triggers are not calculated in the task count.” Internal steps are free too. The docs list webhooks, the email parser, schedules and all app triggers, plus number, text and date formatters, the iterator, router, filter, JSON extractor and array functions. One Facebook lead sent to Mailchimp is one task; the same lead sent on to Google Sheets is two.

Pabbly’s own explainer walks through the counting with examples. It dates from Nov 26, 2020, so ignore any plan prices it shows; the counting rules it describes match the current docs.
Features are still gated by plan
“We don't have any restriction on using any integration based on the plans you purchase.”, the Connect cards say, and that holds for apps. Features are another matter: Free is limited to 2-step workflows, and Standard lacks the AI Assistant, MCP servers, custom variables, priority support, JavaScript and Python steps, auto re-executions and human-in-the-loop approvals, all of which come with Unlimited.

When tasks run out
Workflows pause when the allowance is used up. Incoming trigger data waits in a queue and runs once you have tasks again, but the queue is small: “Trigger Queue Limit = Allotted Task Limit/100”, so 100 queued triggers on a 10,000-task plan. Monthly plans reset on the renewal date; yearly, lifetime and free plans reset on the 1st of the month.

From a new lead to a synced record, in five steps.
This is the path Pabbly’s docs describe for a typical Connect workflow. Step 4 is the one people skip and later regret on a task-metered plan.
Limits from the docs article “Pabbly Connect Constraints (Rate Limits)”, as read on Oct 27, 2026.
The other four apps each bring a separate meter, and two of them a separate bill from someone else.
Chatflow (WhatsApp)
Chatflow gives you a shared WhatsApp inbox, broadcasts, chatbot flows and catalogs on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. One credit is one outgoing message; incoming messages are free; and “Credits assigned are valid for 30 days only and the unused credits expire at the end of each month.” Meta’s own message fees come on top, “billed directly to your Meta Business Account”, and Pabbly says it adds no markup. We have not checked Meta’s current rate card for this review, so price WhatsApp traffic on Meta’s pricing page before you plan a broadcast. Chat history is kept for 60 days (Terms 3.26).
Subscription Billing
The app runs checkout pages, one-time and recurring plans, coupons, dunning and a customer portal through your own payment gateway; the pricing FAQ says it supports over 35 gateways and around 55 currencies, with 0% transaction fees from Pabbly (your gateway still charges its own). Plans are metered by customers, not revenue: 50 on Free, 1,000 on Standard. The docs FAQ adds a limit to the free tier: “All the features we provide are enabled in this account apart from the live payment gateways.”
Email Marketing
The app now has three plans, and “All previous Pabbly Email Marketing plans are now deprecated and are not available for new users to purchase.” Sending is unlimited through your own SMTP (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun), which you pay for separately; Pabbly’s built-in SMTP starts at 500 emails a day. The free card is a 30-day trial.
Form Builder
Forms with conditional logic, partial submissions, embedding and payments. Free allows one form and 100 submissions with payments up to $100; Standard allows three forms with unlimited submissions and payments up to $500; Unlimited removes the form cap (500 forms to start, per the fair-use policy).
2,000+ connectors, a webhook API, and an MCP server in beta on Unlimited.
Connect’s integration list covers the usual suspects (Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Notion, Airtable, OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude) and a long tail of smaller apps. When an app is missing, the docs point to a public roadmap for requests and a developer portal for building your own connector. Subscription Billing has its own API and webhooks.
Connect MCP server (beta)
On plans with MCP servers (Unlimited and the Ultimate lifetime tiers), you can mark any action step as an MCP tool and let an AI assistant call it, for example to add a lead to a CRM or write an email. Per the docs, you copy an MCP Server URL from settings and add it to Claude Desktop through a small npm bridge (pabbly-mcp-remote), which needs Node.js. The docs warn: “This URL is your secure connection key - do not share it publicly.”, and generating a new API token invalidates it.

Swipe sideways to see the whole diagram.
An assistant that can trigger a step that sends email or updates a CRM acts with your saved connections, so expose only steps you would let a colleague run unsupervised. For how connectors behave on the Claude side, see our Claude MCP connectors guide.
SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 claims, data on AWS and Hetzner, and a privacy policy that needs an edit.
Pabbly’s security page lists SOC2 Type 2 compliance, ISO 27001:2022 certification, two-factor login, encryption at rest with AES, Cloudflare DDoS protection and periodic third-party penetration tests. It says “Compliance is assessed by independent, third-party auditors.” We did not see a downloadable report or auditor name on the public page; ask sales if you need one.

Where the data lives depends on which page you read. The security page says “We store all data in localized AWS instances”; the privacy policy says data is stored with “Amazon Web Services (United States) and Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland)”. The privacy policy is issued by Magnet Brains Software Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal, India, and one sentence reserves the right to release information to “protect the rights, property or safety of Trader Interactive, our users or others”, naming a company that appears nowhere else on the site. That reads like text copied from another firm’s policy; it is not evidence of data sharing, but it is a sign the document has not been carefully reviewed.
For control, account deletion removes workflows, connections and data, and the docs warn: “Note: This action is irreversible, all your workflows and data will be lost.” Team members need the Unlimited plan on Connect. We found no public status page and no SSO, audit-log or data-residency options on any pricing card.

Work pattern, fit and likely plan.
| If you are | Fit | Likely plan |
|---|---|---|
| A solo business syncing forms, Sheets and email | Strong: free triggers stretch 10,000 tasks | Connect Standard |
| A store running WhatsApp updates, checkouts and email | Strong if you use three or more apps | Pabbly Plus |
| A business with heavy, simple automations | Strong: no task meter | Connect Unlimited |
| An agency serving many clients | Fair: Unlimited is for one business | Agency plans or one account per client |
| A team that needs SSO, audit logs or a status page | Weak: none listed | Look at Zapier or Make |
| Someone who wants AI agents and code-heavy flows | Fair: MCP is beta; code steps need Unlimited | Compare n8n |
Eight real drawbacks.
- Triggers and internal steps are free tasks
- Unlimited Connect at $79, or $59 over three years
- Nine apps for $139 a month in Plus
- Every app has a free tier to try
- Lifetime option for steady, simple use
- MCP server and webhooks on Unlimited
- Refund exclusions for suite and discounted plans
- “Unlimited” is 100,000 at a time, one business
- $349 lifetime tier lacks core features
- Lifetime support ends after a year
- Terms contradict themselves on agencies
- No status page, no SSO or audit logs listed
- Refunds are narrower than the badges. Suite, promotional, discounted, upgraded and renewal purchases are excluded in Terms 9.2 and 9.4.
- “Unlimited” has a ceiling you manage. 100,000 tasks at a time with a once-a-day reset, and the policy can change without notice.
- Standard Lifetime is a narrow product. 3,000 tasks a month without multi-step workflows, filters, routers, delays or support.
- Support costs extra on lifetime plans after year one. A third of the purchase price, per Terms 19.4.
- The Terms disagree with themselves. On agencies, on lifetime task caps and on what support lifetime buyers get.
- Prices move. Standard lost 2,000 tasks between Jan 2024 and Jan 2025, and the lifetime price rose from $249 to $349.
- Outages are announced in a Facebook group. The Jan 23, 2026 downtime was confirmed in forum and Facebook posts; we found no status page.
- Little independent evidence. No review-site or app-store ratings are available to this review, and Pabbly’s own forum is the main public record of problems.
Zapier, Make, n8n and Activepieces, priced from their own pages or our reviews.
Each tool meters something different (tasks, credits, executions), so entry prices are not like-for-like. Zapier and n8n figures are from their pricing pages on Oct 27, 2026; Make’s figure is from our Make review (updated Oct 5, 2026).

Questions people ask before choosing Pabbly
Is Pabbly free?
The five main apps each have a free tier. Connect’s is an ongoing plan: 100 tasks a month, 2-step workflows, no card, reset on the 1st of the month. Email Marketing’s free card is labeled a 30-day trial, Chatflow’s free credits are a one-time 100, and the Subscription Billing free account cannot take live payments, per its docs.
How much does Pabbly cost?
Each main app costs $19 a month on Standard and $79 a month on Unlimited, less on yearly, two-yearly or three-yearly prepayment (Connect: $16, $15, $14 and $69, $65, $59). Pabbly Plus with all nine apps costs $139 a month, $1,428 a year or $3,564 for three years. Prices are in USD outside India and exclude taxes.
Is the Pabbly lifetime deal worth it?
The $799 Ultimate Lifetime plan (10,000 tasks a month, all features) can pay off over a few years of steady use, but support is included for one year only, after which it costs a third of the price a year. The $349 Standard Lifetime plan lacks multi-step workflows, filters, routers and support. The Terms’ 30-day refund names only recurring plans.
Can I get a refund?
The Terms allow a refund request within 30 days of the first purchase of a Pabbly app on a monthly, quarterly or yearly plan, by email. Suite purchases, promotional or discounted plans, renewals and changed plans are excluded under section 9.4.
What does “Unlimited Tasks” mean on Pabbly Connect?
You start with 100,000 tasks; once 80% is used, you can reset the count yourself once a day. It is meant for one business per account, and Pabbly can change the policy without notice.
Is Pabbly Connect cheaper than Zapier?
Usually, at volume: Pabbly counts only actions as tasks and its Standard plan includes 10,000 tasks for $19 a month, while Zapier’s Professional plan starts at $29.99 a month for 750 tasks. Make and n8n are closer on price; compare your real workflows.
Does Pabbly work with Claude or ChatGPT?
Connect has an MCP server in beta on Unlimited and the Ultimate lifetime tiers; the docs show setup with Claude Desktop through an npm bridge. Connect also has OpenAI and Anthropic connectors for AI steps inside workflows.

Fit score, 61 out of 100: five criteria worth 20 points each. Price clarity 11 (clear USD ladder, but four billing terms, lifetime tiers, sale prices and pages that disagree); capability 15 (nine apps, free triggers and internal steps, routers, MCP, 2,000+ connectors; features gated by plan, MCP in beta); independent evidence 9 (no review-site or store ratings available to us; the vendor forum and a few HN comments); terms, data and security 10 (SOC 2 and ISO claims, but broad refund exclusions, self-contradicting fair-use text, a template remnant in the privacy policy and no status page); cost and fit 16 (among the cheapest ways we priced to run high task volumes). Editorial judgment from published facts, not a hands-on test.
Not covered: workflow speed and reliability, connector depth for specific apps, deliverability of Pabbly’s SMTP, the quality of AgenticAI, Studio and Project Management, support response times and Meta’s WhatsApp rates, none of which we could judge without an account or did check for this review.
