Systeme.io Review 2026: The Cheapest Serious All-in-One, With Terms You Should Read Before You Grow
Systeme.io puts sales funnels, email marketing, online courses, a blog, a website and your own affiliate program into one account, from $0 a month. Paid plans cost $17, $47 or $97 a month and are priced mainly by how many contacts you have. It is far cheaper than Kajabi or ClickFunnels at every list size we priced. The catches sit in the terms: plans are non-refundable, a paid plan is upgraded and billed automatically if you stay over a limit for three days, and the Free plan stops taking payments after USD 10,000 of lifetime sales.

There are no affiliate links in this review. Every Systeme.io link goes straight to systeme.io or its help center.

For a solo creator or a small online business, Systeme.io is the best-value all-in-one we know of. Start on Free, pay yearly once you outgrow it, and watch your contact count like a hawk.
The vendor says it “made it free to sign up and use 99% of our features for as long as you want.” On price, that promise largely holds up.
The numbers are hard to argue with. A creator with 4,000 contacts, a few courses and eight funnels needs Startup: $170 a year billed yearly. The nearest Kajabi plan that holds 4,000 contacts is Growth at $2,388 a year billed annually, and ClickFunnels Launch is $972. At 12,000 contacts Systeme.io's Unlimited plan costs $970 a year, against $1,968 for ClickFunnels Scale. Payments go through your own Stripe, PayPal or other gateway and Systeme.io adds no transaction fee of its own.
The catches are concrete and mostly in writing. The Terms say “our subscription plans are not refundable”. If a paid account stays over a plan limit for three days, Article 5 says the subscription “will be automatically upgraded” and billed; tags, funnels and automation rules have limits too, not just contacts. A Free account that goes over its limits is restricted instead, and opt-ins, payments and student access to courses stop. The Free plan is also capped at USD 10,000 of lifetime sales, after which its payment pages stop accepting orders until you subscribe. Email only goes out from an authenticated custom domain with a live website, and support is by email only. Systeme.io's own pages also disagree with each other on several points, which we list in the fine-print section.
Independent feedback is unusually large for this category: 8,696 Trustpilot reviews and a 4.9 score as of 25 Oct 2026, mostly praising fast support. Trustpilot itself notes the company has not invited reviewers recently and the reviews “may not be representative”; the one-star reviews cluster around auto-upgrades, identity checks and blocked accounts.
Not a hands-on test: JAVIS has not opened a Systeme.io account or paid for a plan. This review is built from Systeme.io's pricing page, Terms, privacy policy, help center and official tutorial videos, competitor pricing pages, Trustpilot and Product Hunt, all as of 25 Oct 2026. Screenshots are of public pages only.
One account, one contact list: pages bring people in, your payment gateway takes the money, and email, automations and courses do the rest.
Systeme.io is a closed, hosted platform; there is nothing to install. You build funnel pages and websites on your own domain, take payments through gateways you connect (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay through Stripe, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, Xendit, Mollie, GoCardless and cash on delivery are documented), and every opt-in or buyer lands in one contact database with tags. From there, newsletters and email campaigns, automation rules and workflows, courses and communities, a booking calendar and your own affiliate program all work off the same list. The vendor's “Why” page frames it as one login, one contact database and one support team, and says its own business runs on it.

A low-price challenger with a large, vocal base; most of the scale figures come from the vendors themselves.
“entrepreneurs”, home page, 25 Oct 2026
1,879 in the last 12 months
$14.17 a month billed yearly
incl. 44 deliverability articles
Systeme.io says it was built by Aurelien Amacker in 2018 and is operated by ITACWT Limited, a company incorporated under Irish law with an address in Dublin 15. Its home page says it is “Powering 500,000+ entrepreneurs”. Read that as a sign-up count chosen by the vendor, not as paying customers or an audited number. The same goes for competitors' own claims on their pricing pages the same day: ClickFunnels shows “100K+ ClickFunnels Users” and Podia “15,000+ creators”. None of these is comparable with the others, because none defines what counts as a user.
Three signals are harder to inflate. Trustpilot lists 8,696 reviews with 1,879 in the last 12 months, a steady flow for a tool in this niche (reviews measure who writes reviews, not market share). The help center runs 14 categories with 96 general articles, 44 on deliverability and 11 on its MCP server, and an official “Systeme.io tutorials 2026” playlist linked from the site lists at least 100 videos. And its price position is unambiguous: its cheapest paid plan costs less than a tenth of Kajabi's cheapest plan on monthly billing.
Price history matters for anyone reading older reviews. Internet Archive copies of systeme.io/pricing show Startup at $27 a month in January 2024 and January 2025; the October 2025 copy shows $17, with yearly prices of $170, $470 and $970. Webinar ($47) and Unlimited ($97) did not move in those copies. Some third-party listings still quote $27.

Thousands of happy reviews about fast support; the angry ones are about money, identity checks and blocked accounts.
Trustpilot is the only large independent source we could use. As of 25 Oct 2026 the systeme.io profile (claimed since April 2021) shows a TrustScore of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews: 94% five-star, 4% four-star, under 1% each for three and two stars, and 2% one-star. Two caveats from the page itself: “No recent history of asking for reviews”, and “This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative.” The company “Replied to 89% of negative reviews”. G2 and Capterra are not quoted here. Product Hunt has a single review, a 1.0. There is no Systeme.io app in the US App Store or US Google Play results on 25 Oct 2026, so no store ratings exist, and Hacker News has no substantive Systeme.io discussion.

What people praise
“Incredible! They have like 5 mins response rate and I still can't believe it.”
“Always responsive. I never have any concerns around any downtime because of it.. the team is always on the ball.”
“I have contacted Systeme.io for support as I continue to learn and have found them to be very informative and prompt” (excerpt).
What people complain about
Calls the platform dated and the email tools clunky, says a refund was refused after the account ended up on the wrong plan: “Avoid at all costs.” Systeme.io replied that an automatic upgrade followed an extra tag and offered a goodwill refund.
Response times are still good but the quality of solutions has dropped, and contact forms on hosted sites work only intermittently: “This is unacceptable!” The company replied that a fix was applied.
“BEWARE: I am literally just trying to change the email associated with my account.” Says card details were requested to verify identity first.
Paraphrased: asked for tax documents to change a sender email on a domain already verified, mid-migration. The company replied that the issue was resolved and explained its identity checks.
Paraphrased: an account with months of work was blocked without notice. The company asked the reviewer to contact support, as it could not identify the account from the review.
“Do not risk your email list on this company!” Says sends were blocked and about 24,000 opt-in emails went undelivered. An old, single review.
Read together: the praise is overwhelmingly about support speed, which matches the vendor's own “under 2 hours, 7 days a week” claim. The complaints line up with documented policies rather than random bugs: automatic upgrades (Terms, Art. 5), identity checks before changing account or sender email, and account blocks under the fair-use and prohibited-content articles. Two of the eight most recent one-star reviews are a former employee's dispute, not product feedback.

The Free plan is generous on contacts and email but thin where automation lives: one tag, one automation rule, one workflow and one email campaign. In practice that is a single lead magnet with a single follow-up sequence. Startup is the plan most sellers will actually live on; the jump to Webinar is mainly for evergreen webinar funnels or a list past 5,000.

Monthly or yearly?
Yearly billing costs ten months: $170 instead of $204 for Startup (a $34 saving), $470 instead of $564 for Webinar ($94) and $970 instead of $1,164 for Unlimited ($194). Effective monthly prices are $14.17, $39.17 and $80.83. Yearly also unlocks the free migration and, per the help center, the one-hour kickstart call. The trade-off is the refund rule: because plans are not refundable, a yearly plan is a twelve-month commitment from day one. Pay monthly until you are sure the platform fits, then switch.
Not an affiliate link. It opens Systeme.io's official website.
Three list sizes, priced against Kajabi and ClickFunnels: Systeme.io is cheaper in every case, by a factor of two to fourteen.
The examples below are arithmetic on each vendor's published prices on 25 Oct 2026, with invented but typical businesses. Competitor plans are not like-for-like: Kajabi counts products, ClickFunnels counts workspaces and monthly emails, and each bundles different extras. Payment-processor fees apply on top for everyone; on Stripe's standard US card rate of 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge (stripe.com/pricing), a $49 sale costs about $1.72 in processing, whichever platform sends it.
Free plan, until USD 10,000 of sales
Startup, billed yearly
Unlimited, billed yearly
four separate tools
Worked example 1: a solo creator with 1,500 contacts
One ebook or small course, a lead magnet, two funnels and one welcome sequence. Free covers it: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 campaign. Two limits shape the business. First, the single tag and single automation rule mean one segment and one trigger; a second lead magnet with its own tag already exceeds Free. Second, the lifetime sales cap: at $49 a sale, USD 10,000 is about 204 sales; at $199 it is 50 sales; at $497 just 20. After that, payment pages stop until you subscribe. The cheapest competitor plans for the same creator are Teachable Starter at $39 a month plus a 7.5% transaction fee, ClickFunnels Launch at $97 ($81 billed annually) and Kajabi Basic at $179 ($143 billed annually).
Worked example 2: a growing business with 4,000 contacts
Three courses, eight funnels, a handful of tags and rules. That is Startup: $17 × 12 = $204 a year on monthly billing, or $170 billed yearly. Kajabi Basic holds only 2,500 contacts, so the like-for-like Kajabi plan is Growth: $249 × 12 = $2,988 monthly, or $199 × 12 = $2,388 billed annually, about 14.6 times Startup's monthly price. ClickFunnels Launch (10K contacts, 3 courses) costs $97 × 12 = $1,164, or $972 billed annually. GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month with unlimited contacts, plus usage-based charges for email, SMS and AI.
Worked example 3: an established list of 12,000 contacts
Over Webinar's 10,000, so Unlimited: $1,164 a year monthly or $970 yearly. ClickFunnels Launch stops at 10K contacts, so Scale: $197 × 12 = $2,364, or $164 × 12 = $1,968 billed annually. Kajabi Growth (25,000 contacts) stays at $2,988 or $2,388. GoHighLevel Starter stays at $97 a month before usage charges, the same as Unlimited on monthly billing.
How the monthly bill climbs with your list
Systeme.io's price is a staircase with low steps. The chart holds everything else equal and varies only the contact count, using monthly-billing prices.
Per 1,000 contacts at each plan's ceiling, Startup works out to $3.40 a month and Webinar $4.70, against $9.70 for ClickFunnels Launch, $9.96 for Kajabi Growth and $71.60 for Kajabi Basic. The steps are where the cost hides: the 5,001st contact moves a Startup account to Webinar, an extra $30 a month ($360 a year); the 10,001st moves Webinar to Unlimited, an extra $50 a month ($600 a year). Cleaning inactive contacts before you cross a line is worth real money.
The vendor's “$245 a month” stack claim, checked
Systeme.io's pricing FAQ says a comparable stack is ClickFunnels ($97/month), Mailchimp ($20/month), Teachable ($39/month) and Tapfiliate ($89/month): “That's $245/month before connecting them.” Each figure matches that vendor's pricing page on 25 Oct 2026: ClickFunnels Launch $97, Mailchimp Standard “starts at $20/month” (its smallest contact band), Teachable Starter $39 and Tapfiliate Launch $89. The sum is right: $2,940 a year. The comparison is still generous to Systeme.io. ClickFunnels Launch already includes 10K contacts, 50K emails a month and 3 courses, so the stack pays for email and courses twice; Teachable Starter also charges a 7.5% transaction fee and has no affiliate program. A fairer reading is ClickFunnels alone at $97 against Systeme.io at $17 to $97, which is still a large gap for most list sizes.

Low prices, strict rules: no refunds, automatic upgrades after three days, and a Free plan that stops selling at USD 10,000.
These rules come from the Terms and conditions (operator ITACWT Limited, governed by Irish law, no last-updated date shown) and from help articles, as of 25 Oct 2026. They matter more here than with most tools, because Systeme.io prices on usage that grows by itself: every opt-in adds a contact.
1. No refunds
Article 3: “Please note that our subscription plans are not refundable.” The Terms contain no cooling-off period. In one Trustpilot reply the company offered a “goodwill refund” after an automatic upgrade; treat that as discretionary, not a right.

2. Automatic upgrades after three days
Article 5 covers paid plans: “If your account usage exceeds the limits of your current paid plan, we will notify you via email. You will be provided with a 3-day period to reduce your usage”. If you do not, “your subscription will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate plan”, and “By continuing to use the Service with usage levels that exceed your current plan's limits, you explicitly consent to this automatic upgrade and agree to be billed the price of the new plan for the remainder of the subscription period.” The restriction help article adds that you get three warning emails, one a day, and that going back down requires deleting the excess and then asking support for the downgrade. Limits include tags, funnels and automation rules, not only contacts; the Trustpilot reply above blamed one extra tag.

3. The Free plan's USD 10,000 lifetime sales cap
Article 5a: “Accounts on the free plan are limited to USD 10,000 in lifetime sales revenue. Affiliate commissions are not included in this calculation.” You get a dashboard notice near the limit, then an email and three days to upgrade; “If you do not upgrade within this period, your payment pages will stop accepting new sales.” Unlike Article 5, “Your account will not be automatically upgraded or charged.” The pricing page does not mention this cap anywhere; it only says the Free plan “never expires”.

4. Cancelling and downgrading
The pricing FAQ says you can cancel any time from account settings: “you keep your current plan until your next billing date, then your account reverts to the free plan.” There is no self-serve downgrade between paid plans: you either ask support to “convert the remaining days of your current plan into the lower plan”, or cancel, wait for the reversion to Free, then upgrade again. The catch is what reverting to Free does to a working business. The restriction article lists “You cancel a paid subscription and revert to the Freemium plan” as a cause of restriction; if you then hold more than 2,000 contacts, more than one tag, rule or campaign, or more than 500 students, the account is restricted and “Opt-ins and payments stop working”, and students “cannot access its courses”. Clean up before the billing date, or keep a paid plan.

5. If your own card payment fails
The payments help article says Systeme.io retries a failed card charge for your subscription 3, 5 and 7 days after the first failure (PayPal handles its own retries within 5 days), and “If, after all retries, the payment is still unsuccessful, your account will be canceled.” Keep the card on file current.

Where Systeme.io's own pages disagree
| Topic | One page says | Another page says |
|---|---|---|
| Students on Free | Pricing table and pricing FAQ: 500 students | “All plans include” block on the same page: “Unlimited students” |
| Free migration | Pricing table: Unlimited only | Annual toggle badge, and help article “How to get a free migration”: Unlimited or any annual plan |
| Kickstart coaching call | Pricing table: Unlimited only | Help article on phone support: “any annual plan or the Unlimited monthly plan” |
| Startup limits | Pricing table: 10 funnels, 5 courses | “Why systeme.io” FAQ: Startup “removes the funnel and course limits” |
| Kajabi's price | “Why systeme.io” FAQ: “Kajabi starts at $69/month” | kajabi.com/pricing: Basic $143 a month billed annually, $179 monthly |
| Free plan selling | Pricing page: Free “never expires”, 0% fees | Terms, Art. 5a: payment pages stop after USD 10,000 lifetime sales |

Match your situation to one line.
Four funnel templates, upsells and order bumps on every plan, and pages that live on your own domain.
Funnels are the center of Systeme.io. The help article “How to create a funnel” walks through it: Sites, then Sales funnels, then Create; you name the funnel, pick a domain and a currency, and choose one of four types. Build an Audience is an opt-in page plus a thank-you page. Sell starts with an order form and a thank-you page. Custom is a blank canvas. Run an evergreen webinar is a three-page structure for registration, thank-you and broadcast, and “is only available on Webinar and Unlimited plans.” Steps such as sales pages, upsells and downsells are added with “+ Add step”. Every plan includes deadline funnels and 0% transaction fees; plans differ in how many funnels, steps, A/B tests, upsells and order bumps you get.

Courses, communities and the affiliate program
Courses are built from modules and lectures, with drip delays, comments and student activity history; communities sit alongside them. The built-in affiliate program is on every plan and needs no extra tool: you set commissions on offers, affiliates get links, and payouts can be connected through Wise, according to the official tutorials. Two operational limits are documented: on the Free plan the comparison table caps students at 500, and while an account is restricted, students lose access to lectures they had already unlocked (their enrolments and progress are kept).
What it does not do
The vendor's own “Why” page names the main gaps: Systeme.io “is not designed for large-scale e-commerce with complex inventory, and it does not offer branded mobile apps for communities.” Physical products, shipping and inventory exist, with 50 to unlimited variants by plan, but it is a creator platform first.
Domain and email setup come before the funnel, not after.
An illustrative sequence built from Systeme.io help articles 4247, 316, 225, 132, 147, 227 and 1086, 25 Oct 2026, not a record of a JAVIS setup.
Unlimited sends, but a strict sender: authenticated domains, batch checks for new accounts and a 20-trigger cap per contact.
Every plan includes unlimited email sends. The help center is candid about the controls that come with that. New accounts send their first email to 100 contacts, pause for checks lasting “from a few minutes to six hours”, and continue in batches of 100 until 500 emails; poor results move the account to a “quarantine group”. Imported lists can pause sending while Systeme.io checks list origin and address quality, and “Purchased contact lists, lists collected from the internet, or obtained without explicit consent are strictly prohibited.” Emails with suspicious words can be held for manual review, and shortened links and multi-destination redirect links are discouraged or prohibited. This protects shared deliverability; it also explains the Product Hunt complaint about blocked sends.

Automation comes in two forms: rules (one trigger, one or more actions, such as “tag added” then “send email”) and visual workflows. Two documented limits are easy to miss: “A trigger can only be activated a maximum of 20 times by the same contact”, after which rules and workflows are disabled for that contact, and rule task history is kept for one month. If you need branching logic beyond that, an external automation tool such as the ones in our Make review can hook in through webhooks and the public API.

A public API on every plan and an MCP server for ChatGPT and Claude, still on keys rather than OAuth.
The comparison table lists native integrations for Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid and Twilio SMS on all plans, and a public API limited to 30, 60, 120 or unlimited requests per minute by plan. The help center documents payment gateways well beyond Stripe and PayPal: Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, Xendit, Mollie, GoCardless, Secure and Pay and cash on delivery, each with its own retry rules for failed subscription payments.
The newest piece is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. You create an MCP key in Settings, then add Systeme.io as a custom connector in ChatGPT or Claude with the URL https://mcp.systeme.io/mcp?mcpKey=.... The help article lists tools for contacts and tags, newsletters and campaigns (with email statistics), funnels, price plans and coupons, automation rules and workflows, digital and physical products, offers, bookings, courses and SMS templates. Limits it states: editing or deleting funnels is not supported, campaign steps cannot be scheduled, keys last at most 90 days, you can hold two keys at a time, and the server “does not yet support the recommended authentication method (OAuth)”. For sensitive actions such as sending or deleting newsletters, the AI is meant to ask for confirmation.

Data hosted in Ireland, email-only support, CSV exports for the list, and broad rights to block accounts.
The privacy policy says servers “are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland” and data “is not transferred outside the European Union”; it also says Systeme.io may use advertising and analytics providers such as Google Analytics and “reserve[s] the right at all times to review your content and information to help resolve problems”. For content you upload, the policy treats you as the data controller. It shows no last-updated date. The legal links in the systeme.io footer are the privacy policy, the Terms and an affiliate agreement; there is no data processing agreement, security certification or status page among them. If you process customer data under GDPR, ask support for a DPA before you import a list.

Account blocks
Article 8 (fair use) lets Systeme.io block access if your use “continuously impacts other users negatively, or is generating costs to us that are not normal”, contacting you before or, in urgent cases, immediately after. Article 11 bans pornography, gambling, illegal products, violence, exploitation and fraud, and says offenders “will be banned, and their access to services will be revoked without notice.” Several one-star reviews describe blocked accounts and identity checks; if your niche sits near those lines, ask support first, as Article 8 itself suggests.

Support
Support is email only, by form, seven days a week. The help center says “we do not provide support via Live Chat” and, as a rule, no phone support; the stated average response is about two hours, matching the pricing page's “under 2 hours, 7 days a week” and the Trustpilot praise. Two scheduled Google Meet calls exist: a free one-hour kickstart session (on annual plans or Unlimited monthly, per the help center) and a two-hour technical call for $57. The official Facebook group is pitched for strategy questions.

Getting in, and getting out
Moving in is well supported. Free migration on Unlimited or annual plans is done manually by Systeme.io staff, covering contacts, funnel pages, blogs, courses, emails and automations; the help article puts the average at 17 days, asks for your old account's credentials, and says imported lists are checked before any sending. Moving out is thinner. The help center documents CSV exports of contacts, students with course progress, and transactions, each delivered by email with download links valid for three days. We have not seen a documented export for funnel pages, email sequences or course videos, so plan on rebuilding those if you leave. The restriction article also describes an inactivity rule: after six months without activity the account's customer role is removed, with a one-month grace period before customer data is permanently deleted.

Price-sensitive creators who sell digital products by email, and who can keep their list tidy.
- Coaches, course creators and info-product sellers starting from zero
- Small businesses paying for separate funnel, email, course and affiliate tools
- Anyone who wants their own affiliate program without a $89 add-on
- Sellers outside the US who need Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago or Xendit
- Agencies and resellers interested in white label or unlimited sub-accounts
- Teams happy with email support that answers fast
- Anyone who needs live chat or phone support
- Brands that need a branded mobile app for members
- Large e-commerce catalogs with complex inventory
- Businesses that buy or scrape lists (prohibited)
- Accounts in content areas listed in Article 11
- Buyers who need a refund window or a signed DPA before trying
Likely plan by work pattern: a first offer with one sequence fits Free; a solo business with a few segments fits Startup; evergreen webinar sellers fit Webinar; anyone over 10,000 contacts or migrating a whole business fits Unlimited, billed yearly.
Nine things to check before you rely on it.
Terms, Art. 3. Yearly plans are a full-year bet.
Three days over any paid limit and you are billed for the next tier.
USD 10,000 lifetime, then payment pages stop; not on the pricing page.
One tag, one rule, one workflow, one campaign, 500 students.
Custom authenticated domain required; new senders go out in checked batches.
No live chat, no phone; a paid $57 call is the fallback.
Students, migration, coaching, Startup limits and a stale Kajabi price.
CSV for contacts, students and sales; no documented export for pages or courses.
Key-in-URL, no OAuth yet, 90-day keys; JAVIS did not test it hands-on.

The real choice for most readers is between Systeme.io and Kajabi or ClickFunnels. Kajabi costs roughly ten to fifteen times as much at small list sizes and in return lists a branded mobile app and, by Systeme.io's own admission, “more polished course delivery”. ClickFunnels has bigger contact allowances per dollar at the top (75K contacts on Scale) and live chat on its upper plans. GoHighLevel matches Unlimited's price with unlimited contacts but adds usage charges and is built for agencies. Podia and Teachable suit simpler course or storefront businesses, with transaction fees on their entry plans.

JAVIS has not joined a Systeme.io affiliate program, so every Systeme.io link here goes straight to systeme.io, its pricing page, its Terms, its privacy policy or its help center, without tracking parameters. The score and the drawbacks would be the same either way.
Hands-on status: not tested hands-on, as stated in the JAVIS take. The review is built from public pages, documents and reviews, listed with dates in the evidence section. Screenshots show public pages only; images inside help articles are Systeme.io's own.
The Free plan needs no card. Set up and authenticate a domain first, then build one funnel.

Questions people ask before committing
Is Systeme.io really free?
Yes, with limits: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 tag, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, no card required and no expiry. The Terms cap Free accounts at USD 10,000 of lifetime sales; after that, payment pages stop until you subscribe.
Can I get a refund?
The Terms say subscription plans are not refundable. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the next billing date and then revert to Free.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
You get warnings for three days. On a paid plan the subscription is then upgraded automatically to the next tier and billed; on Free the account is restricted, which stops opt-ins, payments and course access until you remove the excess.
Does Systeme.io take a cut of my sales?
No. Every plan shows 0% transaction fees. Your payment provider still charges its own fees, for example 2.9% + 30¢ per successful US card charge on Stripe's standard pricing.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
It costs ten months ($170, $470 or $970) and adds free migration. Because there are no refunds, take it only once you know the platform fits.
Can I leave and take my data?
Contacts, students with course progress and transactions export to CSV. We have not seen a documented export for funnel pages, emails or course content.
Does it work with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through an MCP server using keys that expire within 90 days. It can create funnels, campaigns, products and courses, but not edit or delete funnels, and it does not support OAuth yet.

JAVIS Fit Score (74/100): an editorial composite scored out of 20 on five criteria. Price clarity 15: public prices, yearly prices and a detailed limits table, but the USD 10,000 Free cap appears only in the Terms and several pages contradict each other. Capability breadth 17: funnels, email, courses, communities, blog, website, booking, affiliates, automations, API and MCP in one account; no branded app, limited e-commerce, young MCP. Independent evidence 13: a large Trustpilot base with a 4.9 score, but not recently invited per Trustpilot, little else independent, and a cluster of complaints about upgrades and blocks. Terms and data control 11: no refunds, automatic upgrades, broad blocking rights, no published DPA or certification, partial export. Cost and fit 18: the lowest price at every list size we priced, 0% platform fees, a usable free tier. It is judgment, not a measurement.
What this review does not cover: page-editor quality and speed, actual email inbox placement, checkout conversion, the quality of course delivery, white-label economics, the developer API in depth, and how strictly identity checks and account reviews are applied in practice.
